Each of our Personal Trainers are certified through at least one of four nationally recognized organizations: ASCM, NSCA, NFPT, and NCSF. After an evaluation and consultation, your trainer will design an individualized program to help you reach your goals and manage your needs. This Functional Fitness program provides exercise training, health education and nutritional information.
Our Personal Training Staff empower you to reach your goals. We respect the pace that you and your body are comfortable with, and work within those limits to get you the results you deserve.
